Right to pictures/photos

By uploading or sending files, the customer confirms that he has the right to reproduce and distribute the materials and contents of this file.

The customer guarantees that the contents and materials of a file sent do not violate applicable law. Image and text files sent to the seller may not infringe copyrights, trademark rights or other property rights of third parties, the general personal rights or other rights of third parties.

Caricature and other picture production

The caricatures and pop art pictures are handmade with a graphics tablet and may differ slightly from the original.

Delivery time

The processing time of a product can be taken from the article description. Delays can occur, about which we will inform you in any case. Compensation for late delivery is excluded, unless gross negligence can be proven. We will inform you about the progress of your production as far as our artists inform us about the progress. As long as the production is still in the possession of the artist, you have the possibility to express realizable change requests. Please get in contact with us for this. If you have not expressed any change requests within 72 hours after sending the graphic file by e-mail, we assume that you are satisfied with the progress of the project. In the case of poster or canvas printing according to the customer's wishes or image template, the customer must have permission or the copyright/personal rights to the image which he/she has us produce. The customer releases the seller from any liability. In case of violations, the customer bears all legal and financial consequences.

Right of withdrawal for individual productions

The right of revocation does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which are not suitable for return due to their condition or which can spoil quickly or whose expiration date has been exceeded.
