Purchase on account:

After receipt of a still unpaid delivery (delivery on account) the payment amount is to be settled within 10 days. Delayed payment is associated with additional costs.

Important: We always send our goods well packed and insured. The recipient of the parcel should nevertheless make sure that the outer packaging is in perfect condition. Possible damage must be confirmed by the driver. Later complaints are excluded.

Payment by invoice and financing (Klarna)

Payment by invoice and financing of Klarna may give rise to additional charges. You can find a detailed overview of fees in the selection menu of payment methods.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna: Invoice: The payment period is [14] days from the date of dispatch of the goods/tickets/ or, in case of other services, from the date the service is made available. Installment purchase: Klarna's financing service allows you to pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly installments under the conditions specified in the checkout. Payment in instalments is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends you a monthly invoice. Sofortüberweisung: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.

direct debit: Available in Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Austria. The debit will be made after the goods have been shipped. You will be informed of the time by e-mail.

Credit card (Visa/Mastercard): Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The debit is made after the goods or tickets have been shipped / the service is available or, in case of a subscription, according to the communicated times.

The use of the payment methods invoice, instalment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we will forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks in the course of initiating and processing the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. Further information and Klarna's terms of use can be found here. Shipping information:

The dispatch of graphic works such as sketches and thumbnails will be sent to the e-mail you have left in the shop. You have the possibility to change your e-mail address at any time.

Shipping to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other selected EU countries:

We ship our goods to many European and non-EU countries like among others: 

Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland and Spain.

We always offer you a free shipping option.

You can find the delivery time of your product in the product information.  All indicated times are standard delivery times, delays may occur due to additional corrections to the image. We will inform you about possible delays.

Re-shipment after missed delivery:  

After the goods have been shipped, you will receive shipping information several times. We will inform you about the status of the shipment via our shop system with the shipment number and you will also receive a shipping note from the carrier. 

If the goods are not accepted personally, then if the carrier has no further delivery instructions, the goods will be deposited in the depot/post office near you. You can pick up the goods by leaving a note or photo identification.

If you do not pick up the goods within the set time limit, the goods will be returned. 

A new delivery of the goods is possible, but requires the payment of the additional costs which have arisen from the return transport.

For a second delivery (and also for each further delivery of the same order) we charge 20,00 USD. The price includes the return charges for the first delivery attempt and the renewed postal delivery for the second delivery.
